About Pumpkin

Pumpkin is a 6-8 year old female Chihuahua/dachshund mix. She is blind but gets around pretty well, especially once she gets the lay of the land. She was being turned into the shelter with her two babies (Sugar and Spice who have been adopted), and all three were intercepted and rescued by Noah's Bark just in time. She has been a great mommy and her babies are now ready to go off on their own. She weighs about 10 lbs and is very sweet and loving. She gets along with other dogs but doesn't really play and would do fine in a home without dogs. We think her ideal home would be one with no dogs or other older dogs, no young children and a person with a warm and welcoming lap! Pumpkin is house trained and uses the doggy door to let herself out and take care of business when needed. She is very smart and just wants to please.

Our adoptions are restricted to residences of the Los Angeles, CA area. We do not ship animals nor do we do any type of long distance adoptions. See Our Adoption Policies for more details on our adoption policies.
