He was going to be euthanized as  he was considered to not be adoptable. A kind person called Noah's Bark rescue to save his life. He has adapted to his handicaps amazingly well.

These sweetheart Chihuahua's were both rescued by Noah's Bark, a non profit group run by truly caring and self sacrificing people. Noah's is  located in Manhattan Beach, California.
The kisser, Genevieve, was found pregnant at the age of eight or so. This tiny, sweet, girl was living on the streets and is now a permanent resident on my lap. The kissee, Frida, was found at two weeks of age on the streets in Hollywood, California. Both are in a home where they are adored and treasured.
